Booking terms and conditions

• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling which can be done by phone or email.

• Cancellations more than 24 hours prior will be fully refunded.

• Cancellations within 24 hours and no shows are subject to a 100% cancellation charge.

Packages and Vouchers

• All packages and vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase.

• eGift cards purchased through Square do not expire.

• Gift Vouchers and Packages cannot be refunded or exchanged 

Monthly Plans

• Monthly plans come with 2 month minimum commitment, with no refunds after each months payment has been taken.

• Plans will continue unless cancelled.

• If you are unable to use all your lessons in one month (e.g. if you are away on holiday) then up to two unused lessons can be carried forward for up to two months provided that monthly payments remain up to date.

• Any unused lessons will expire when a plan is cancelled.
